David Peter Francis is pleased to present FLW, Carrie Schneider’s first solo exhibition with the gallery. Deeply rooted in feminist image practices, Schneider’s work links photography, film and installation in projects that address cinema, cultural history and the anachronistic collapse of digital into analogue. Formally, Schneider has for 25 years pursued a deep investigation into the elasticity of chromogenic photo paper, pressing its material limits to the brink.
