Charlotte Wells is a Scottish filmmaker based in New York. Her debut feature film, Aftersun, premiered in Critics’ Week at Cannes in 2022, was distributed in the US by A24, and was Academy Award nominated for Best Actor. Previously, Charlotte wrote and directed three short films. She is a graduate of the MBA/MFA dual-degree program at NYU.
