Drawing from the expertise of artists based in the LA area, Edgar Arceneaux and Sandy Rodriguez, and hosted by Christine Kuan, President and Executive Director of Creative Capital, panelists will discuss what conditions are needed for free, artistic expression and how Creative Capital has played a role in funding some of the most groundbreaking artists working across the visual arts, performing arts, technology, literature, film, multidisciplinary and socially engaged forms. The panel will also provide an overview of the 2025 grant cycle, Creative Capital Curriculum, and how artist services have evolved to meet the changing needs of contemporary artists post-pandemic.
