We are all grappling with new challenges and trying to create “normalcy” in our lives during this very uncertain time. So many of us are now working from home, scrambling to take care of kids and teaching remote learning, while co-existing in a space with a lot of people and sometimes in a small space. This is a great time to learn tips, tools, and resources to create a better structure, take control of your environment, manage your time better, reduce stress, and start doing the things you really want to do but don’t have time for, while also feeling productive and creative.

The session will cover:

  1. Strategies to get organized.
  2. New tips and skills to better manage your time personally and professionally.
  3. Better ways to create and manage your to-do list.
  4. Strategies to allocate your time more efficiently and effectively.
  5. Ways to create a productive and positive work environment.
  6. Skills to set yourself up to successfully work from home.

For Amy, shifting into coaching was a natural transition given her first career working in the non-profit sector in the substance abuse field. Her breadth and depth of knowledge and experience working with individuals, families, and communities, has given her the unique ability to connect with people and transform their lives and careers. She has over 20 years of non-profit and entrepreneurship experience. She’s created a non-profit organization, worked with the DEA Educational Foundation, and a national non-profit organization working to reduce teen substance abuse and support families impacted by addiction. Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Business from Westminster College and has a Masters in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University.  She is an NYU Certified Life Coach, a Certified Master Career Coach with GetFive, Time Management Coach, and a trained Recovery Coach through CCAR.
