Announcing On Our Radar 2019
Creative Capital presents On Our Radar 2019, featuring 50 noteworthy projects in all disciplines that advanced to the final round in the competitive selection process for the Creative Capital Award. We feel these are projects to watch and we invite you to explore them.
During each award cycle, Creative Capital has the great privilege of learning about a wealth of exciting artists’ projects. We hope that by promoting projects “on our radar” to our community of people who are passionate about the arts, we can forge connections that lead to new support and collaborative opportunities.
On Our Radar 2019 features projects in every discipline, from a documentary about the Satanic scare in the 1980s, to a musical performance inspired by the 120-mile long crack that broke in the Antarctic ice shelf in 2017. Through their work, these artists are exploring the challenging issues that our world faces, offering new vantages and viewpoints that provide solutions and ways forward to a better future.
