Shoemaker’s Dialogues is a series of sculptures, public programs, actions, commissioned texts and a limited edition book that contemplate a series of dialogues that were said to have taken place outside of the Agora between Socrates and Simon the Shoemaker. An installation inside the Guggenheim museum will serve as an anchor for several actions, including three off-site Dialogues, three Sole/Soul Sermons, Pedestrian Press and Ink Collection.
